Regency's proposal was very reasonable and, unlike others, there are no hidden costs. You know what the final price will be from the start. Roman is meticulous and incredibly skilled. From the demolition to the electrical work to the plumbing and tiling, Roman ably and skillfully handled each step of the project. Sam managed the project very professionally and was responsive to any and all requests. I will certainly use Regency for my next project.
