Very rare for a contractor to tell you that their team will start at 8 am, only for the crew to be waiting in your driveway at 7:45 am. Would definitely recommend Regency without hesitation.

My wife and I had kitchen remodel done by Regency and couldnt be happier. It needed a total gut with chimney removal. Bruce came by and listened to our plans and desires and offered ideas and photos from past jobs he had performed. His designer Iwona had 6 different design plans and all were very good stayed within our design wishes. Bruce quoted us 6-10 weeks and finished in 7. Arthur the project foreman was very good in his craft and very friendly and personable. Sam the project manager was available to answer questions and kept us up to date on progress. We couldnt be happier with the transformation of our kitchen and will give Regency first consideration on our next project.

We had a very positive experience with Regency Home Remodeling. They recently remodeled two upstairs guest bathrooms and our Master bathroom. We were thrilled with the outcome.
Bruce developed the proposal, and his son Sam ran the jobs for us. Both were a pleasure to work with. Sam was always very responsive with all of the day to day specifics which were important to us. The guys who did the work are very experienced and skilled at the various trades and we found them to be courteous. All of the workers cleaned up each night and respected our home. Both the workers and Sam were very accommodating and were eager to do whatever was necessary to please us.
Regency recommended great suppliers to us and had us deal with specific people that they know at those places (tile company, bathroom fixture company, cabinet designer). All of these people were very efficient in helping us pick out what we needed.
Their prices were fair. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but the workmanship was great quality and we love our newly remodeled bathrooms.

Pleased with the results. Regency has great contacts with suppliers who were knowledgeable and they jointly delivered on the promise. We had some delays overall but Regency kept us updated throughout and were very responsive and quickly addressed any issues that came up
