The work was excellent. The sales person came to the work site and stayed in contact during the whole process.. All my questions were answered during the build. All the workers were professional and courteous.

We have completed three projects over the past year with Regency and are super pleased with the results! We remodeled an office space in our family room, and gutted the master bathroom and a second full bath. The entire staff we worked with – Bruce, Sam, Iwona, and Tom – were very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our unique needs. The contacts they provided for choosing stone, tile, sinks, etc were reasonably priced and easy to work with. My husband and I run a business out of our home, so accommodations were needed in terms of space and time constraints. When an unexpected delay occurred with the office space remodel, Sam was extremely responsive and adjusted accordingly going forward. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the plan and progress of each project. This group can be trusted to deliver on what was promised. We’re already planning our next project with them!

It wasn't just a sales pitch. Everything Bruce promised at our initial meeting was exactly what was delivered. The design options provided gave us an idea of what was possible and helped us make the best possible choice of layout. The contacts he provided to pick out our floor, sink, tile and appliances guided us to choose what turned out to be perfect. And the team of friendly, prompt, hardworking and very talented men transformed our kitchen into something even better than we imagined. Without fail, Sam responded to us whenever we reached out to him answering our questions and providing us with everything we needed. Thank you Regency... as promised, you turned our kitchen into something that is absolutely stunning. We could not be happier with the work and service. We hired Regency for a complete kitchen remodel and were extremely happy with the results. Bruce provided a detailed scope up front which provided us comfort on what was being agreed to and helped clearly set the expectations for the job. Iwona was also very helpful with the design process and gave us 7 options in terms of layout possibilities which is way more than the quick mock up some other contractors provided. This added level of sophistication was what really sold us on Regency's process.
The craftsmanship from the guys who did the job was very good and their attention to detail was impressive. Additionally, Sam coordinated all of the project details and was very responsive and willing to make sure all of the things we pointed out throughout the process were taken care of. We are so happy with the end result and our kitchen is beautiful!
