Bruce provided a detailed scope up front which provided us comfort on what was being agreed to and helped clearly set the expectations for the job. Iwona was also very helpful with the design process and gave us 7 options in terms of layout possibilities which is way more than the quick mock up some other contractors provided. This added level of sophistication was what really sold us on Regency's process.
The craftsmanship from the guys who did the job was very good and their attention to detail was impressive. Additionally, Sam coordinated all of the project details and was very responsive and willing to make sure all of the things we pointed out throughout the process were taken care of. We are so happy with the end result and our kitchen is beautiful!
