After receiving recommendations from others in our neighborhood, we met with Bruce and contracted with Regency for a complete rehaul of our kitchen and one wall with new cabinets in our family room. Iwona then provided measurements and suggestions for the layout of cabinets. Sam and his team guided us through every step of this journey and we always felt we were in very capable hands. Greg was at our home promptly at 8:00 every day and always ready to work hard all day (as well as Mirek and others when needed). They were detailed and committed to meeting our high expectations, were as neat and protective of our home as possible, and cleaned up each day. Sam was very professional and oversaw each major step of renovation, kept us informed of what to expect next, and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Daniel, our foreman was a perfectionist and a joy to work with. Sam, Bruce and Iwona all were available when needed and responded quickly. Daniel was always on time, neat and often stayed longer to finish a particular section of work.Sam checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure we had no concerns and were happy with the progression of the work. I have worked with Regency Remodeling on four remodeling projects. They have done total renovations of my kitchen, guest bathroom and masterbath. They have also installed new windows throughout my entire home. Each time they did outstanding work and were wonderful to work with. It was a flawless experience. Both Sam and Bruce are total professionals. They were organized and responsive throughout each project. If there was a request or issue, Sam would respond immediately. All problems were addressed and corrected as quickly as possible. Work continued uninterrupted until the project was complete.Regency was also able to provide contacts and sources for products which was extremely helpful. Their subcontractors do impeccable work, are pleasant to work with, and each day they left the worksite spotless. Working with Regency was an absolute delight.
