Regency just completed our complete kitchen remodel, including the removal on one complete wall and the majority of another wall. We are extremely pleased with the results of our beautiful new kitchen! Even though we were new to the remodel process, they were very patient and accommodating. Bruce, Sam, and Iwona were our main contacts and were very responsive and helpful. A special thank you to Marek and Greg for all their hard work and advice. Their eye for detail was indispensable

We spent time choosing from many potential remodeling options and while Regency was not the cheapest option we found, they were absolutely the best we found. As far as being thorough, caring of our home and our time, and skilled in the work they did in our bathroom remodel, they were top-notch. Would highly recommend this company!

We are so happy with our new kitchen remodel from Regency! From the first meeting with Bruce to the final inspection with Sam, Regency showed all the courtesy and respect that would have been expected from a remodeling company. Our kitchen remodel included the installation of hardwood floors that extended throughout the whole main level. This meant "marrying" the living room, dining room and kitchen floors, which was seamlessly done. It also included a total redesign of the kitchen space. The kitchen designer worked very hard with us until we got a layout that we were pleased with. During the remodel, my husband, Roy, was hospitalized twice in one week. However, Sam was able to work with me around workmen coming and going. Any problems that we encountered were immediately solved and these were minor problems. We did need to call the company again after the remodel was completed, but again, these were very minor problems. One final surprise was when Sam included a granite top for an existing microwave cart, that matched the granite of the new countertops. This completed the look of the new kitchen space. Even now almost a year later, our friends and relatives still marvel at the kitchen. Thank you, Regency for giving us our dream kitchen.

We just completed a kitchen remodel and used Regency Home Remodeling. Our house was built in 1957 and while there had been a later remodel the kitchen really didn't have the wiring and plumbing to meet our current needs. Regency did a complete kitchen remodel and took the room down to the studs and reinsulated and put in new electrical wiring, moved plumbing, put in a new floor, granite counters, backsplash, new cabinets, and repainted. They (Luke, Bruce, Sam, Iwana) were very meticulous, professional, and were wonderful in accomplishing the job in a time efficient manner. They did the heavy lifting on permitting, inspections, and picking up supplies etc. We would definitely use them again. We love our new kitchen and the other plus was they had excellent recommendations for quality vendors.

We hired Regency for a complete gut/remodel of the kitchen, replacing all of the baseboard trim throughout the first floor of the house, and painting the entire first floor of the house, including all of the crown molding and window trim. We had received many bids for the project, but Regency was the only bid where we did not worry about unknown costs. We felt really comfortable working with Bruce, and in the end are very happy that we chose Regency. Most of the other contractors we spoke with were very hesitant about removing the outdated soffits from the kitchen, and told us that depending on what they found, it could really add to the cost of the project. Bruce said “no problem, we will remove the soffits and deal with whatever we find at no additional cost.” Sam was our project coordinator and Jerry was the foreman on the job. Both of them were very easy to work with, and very responsive to our inquiries. Jerry and the crew did a fantastic job on all aspects of the project. When we discovered that there was actually some wasted space in one wall, Jerry reframed it to minimize the wall and we were able to expand the cabinet and counter top by almost a foot. We liked the fact that the cabinets were included in the Regency price, and the quality of the cabinets was by far superior to what other companies were offering for a similar price. We also installed cabinets for which Jerry built custom made upper shelves in the recessed area on both sides of the fireplace in the family room which opens up to the kitchen. These custom made “built-ins” tie the two rooms together by using the same cabinetry and they look great. After they started on the painting, we realized that we should have included painting the stairwell and upstairs hallway, as well as replacing the old interior doors and baseboard trim in the upstairs hallway. We talked to Sam about adding this extra work to our project. Sam gave us a reasonable price, and we had them do the extra work. Although the project ended up taking a few weeks longer than expected, it was worth the wait. There were some minor things that needed touching up or adjusting, but Regency took care of them. They paid attention to the little details, and we believe they truly cared about giving us a finished project that we would love. We definitely recommend Regency, and we look forward to working with them to update our bathrooms in the future.
