Daniel, our foreman was a perfectionist and a joy to work with. Sam, Bruce and Iwona all were available when needed and responded quickly. Daniel was always on time, neat and often stayed longer to finish a particular section of work.Sam checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure we had no concerns and were happy with the progression of the work. This is a quality company with quality people who want you to be pleased with their work. Highly, highly recommend!

I have worked with Regency Remodeling on four remodeling projects. They have done total renovations of my kitchen, guest bathroom and masterbath. They have also installed new windows throughout my entire home. Each time they did outstanding work and were wonderful to work with. It was a flawless experience. Both Sam and Bruce are total professionals. They were organized and responsive throughout each project. If there was a request or issue, Sam would respond immediately. All problems were addressed and corrected as quickly as possible. Work continued uninterrupted until the project was complete.Regency was also able to provide contacts and sources for products which was extremely helpful. Their subcontractors do impeccable work, are pleasant to work with, and each day they left the worksite spotless. Working with Regency was an absolute delight. The whole Regency team are "ROCK STARS". I would definitely use them again.

Regency just completed a gut rehab of our bathroom. Main bath of a 1950s brick ranch. This bath had never been rehabbed and we wanted a walk-in shower. We did our homework and selected Regency for this project due to their estimate of costs, timeline, and our opening meeting with Bruce. they were extremely helpful with design and layout.
Sam, project manager, really went above and beyond, kept the project moving forward, patiently answered my endless questions, kept the crew and trades people lined up - plumbers, electricians, quartz fabricators, glass door makers etc… and they were all timely and professional. seamlessly pulling everything together.
But the star of the show was Kris. He was here everyday at 8 a.m. promptly. He was highly professional and detail oriented, easy to be around, cleaned up after each day’s work and just plain ol’ worked his butt off.
Regency kept to the 30 day timeline, except for when the scheduling of Evanston Inspections occasionally threw them slightly off track.
I just could not be more pleased with this project from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Regency to family and friends.

Regency did an amazing job from start to finish! They were friendly, professional and respectful of our time and home. The design was the best use of the space. They continued by connecting us with wonderful vendors who helped us make selections. Regency was adamant they wouldn't leave until we said everything was perfect and they were true to their word.
