Regency was nothing but professional and easy to work with. They offered so much more in terms of design and quality compared with other quotes we received. This included crown molding, a glass corner cabinet, lazy Susan, in cabinet garbage pull out. The price was the price and they never came back asking for more money because something "unexpectedly" came up. We hired them for the kitchen remodel, refinishing of the hardwood floors and painting. All were completed with skill and professionalism, always keeping us updated on the status of their work. Sam was always available for questions, even nights and weekends. We also used Bruce's connections within the industry for substantial discounts on appliances, tile and counter tops. We love showing off our new kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

It gives me great pleasure to share my recent remodel with Regency. I had a few bids come in for new siding on my 1950’s home. I chose Regency, not because they were the lowest bid,(which they were not) but because of Mike and our first meeting. His genuine demeanor and trustworthiness were paramount in my decision. He took the time to answer all my questions. I felt confident I had made the right decision. When it came to the crew assigned to my house, Chris (and his crew) were professional, courteous and most of all careful with their daily clean up. I am so happy with my new siding and the way it elevated the look of my house, I had to do some landscaping to make my property to match the new look of my home.
I was so impressed with Regency, I contracted them for another job.

Remodeled master bathroom...met first with Michael and he put my mind at ease right away. Michael was able to put together a realistic budget with myself based on what I needed to have completed. Other contractors were not nearly as thorough and didn't give me same comfort level as Regency Home. Adam was the master craftsman assigned to my job and I couldn't be more happy with his attention to detail and finish work. He showed up on time each day and completed the work beautifully and on time. Very pleased with Regency Home and will definitely use them again in the future.

What an outstanding experience with Regency Home, especially with Sam and Bruce! Sam was so professional, reliable and easy to work with. They added a bathtub to our master bathroom and after having several contractors tell us there was no room for a bathtub to look nice, Bruce was able to design the perfect bathroom. Sam then stepped in and took such great care of us with great communication, a swift timeline and stuck to doing what he said he would do. What says it all for me is that we weren't happy with the way the tile was put in and Sam didn't hesitate to fix it for us so that we were completely satisfied in the end. I highly recommend Regency!

We made many changes to the scope of the project (kitchen / foyer / refinish floors, etc.) and Sam was very accommodating and pricing very reasonable.

Regency home remodeling has remodeled our kitchen and three bathrooms. They are extremely easy to work with and have competitive prices. The most recent job(sporing 2018) was redoing three bathrooms. We worked closely with Sam (job manager) and Arthur (head remodeler). As with any big job there were a lot of moving parts and decisions to make and Sam helped us keep it all together. Regency has a great system where they come into your home and virtually show you different layouts and options for our remodel and they measure everything and show you all the dimensions. Regency works with great vendors for cabinetry, tile, stone, and fixtures. Their contacts are easy to work with and will walk you through the process of choosing all the materials and help you stay on budget. We had a couple of snags throughout the process - which is to be expected with a big remodel - but anytime we had questions or concerns or wanted to change something (layout, details, etc) Sam was happy to work with us to ensure we were satisfied. Even since the job has been completed if we found anything that we weren't 100% happy with Sam has come back and made sure it was done to our high expectations. Everyone is very easy to communicate with over text and email or a quick phone call if needed. We totally trusted Arthur and gave him a set of keys at the beginning of the project and told him to go for it. He can and went as needed and was her most days to try and finish the job in a timely manner. If we had anything left to remodel (thank goodness we don't) I would hire Regency again.
