What an outstanding experience with Regency Home, especially with Sam and Bruce! Sam was so professional, reliable and easy to work with. They added a bathtub to our master bathroom and after having several contractors tell us there was no room for a bathtub to look nice, Bruce was able to design the perfect bathroom. Sam then stepped in and took such great care of us with great communication, a swift timeline and stuck to doing what he said he would do. What says it all for me is that we weren't happy with the way the tile was put in and Sam didn't hesitate to fix it for us so that we were completely satisfied in the end. I highly recommend Regency!

Overall great experience. Workers were really nice...our kids still ask...”is Greg coming over today?”. Sam (managed the project) was very responsive. We made many changes to the scope of the project (kitchen / foyer / refinish floors, etc.) and Sam was very accommodating and pricing very reasonable.

Regency home remodeling has remodeled our kitchen and three bathrooms. They are extremely easy to work with and have competitive prices. The most recent job(sporing 2018) was redoing three bathrooms. We worked closely with Sam (job manager) and Arthur (head remodeler). As with any big job there were a lot of moving parts and decisions to make and Sam helped us keep it all together. Regency has a great system where they come into your home and virtually show you different layouts and options for our remodel and they measure everything and show you all the dimensions. Regency works with great vendors for cabinetry, tile, stone, and fixtures. Their contacts are easy to work with and will walk you through the process of choosing all the materials and help you stay on budget. We had a couple of snags throughout the process - which is to be expected with a big remodel - but anytime we had questions or concerns or wanted to change something (layout, details, etc) Sam was happy to work with us to ensure we were satisfied. Even since the job has been completed if we found anything that we weren't 100% happy with Sam has come back and made sure it was done to our high expectations. Everyone is very easy to communicate with over text and email or a quick phone call if needed. We totally trusted Arthur and gave him a set of keys at the beginning of the project and told him to go for it. He can and went as needed and was her most days to try and finish the job in a timely manner. If we had anything left to remodel (thank goodness we don't) I would hire Regency again.

Regency gutted and made a gorgeous new bathroom for us. We are very pleased with their design suggestions, their staff, and the finished product is truly amazing.
They helped with the multiple selections and the workmanship is outstanding. People just love our bathroom when they visit. Thank YOU very much.

Regency did a great job remodeling our kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the result. They were very flexible with our schedule and were willing to work on Saturdays to make sure the project was completed on time. They gave us extremely fair pricing on quality material.
