Regency not only completed our vision with quality workmanship but also gave us ideas to update and increase functionality within our new bathroom. We are very pleased with the end result and would definitely work with Regency again. Great company with an excellent work ethic!

Regency home remodeling has remodeled our kitchen and three bathrooms. They are extremely easy to work with and have competitive prices. The most recent job(sporing 2018) was redoing three bathrooms. We worked closely with Sam (job manager) and Arthur (head remodeler). As with any big job there were a lot of moving parts and decisions to make and Sam helped us keep it all together. Regency has a great system where they come into your home and virtually show you different layouts and options for our remodel and they measure everything and show you all the dimensions. Regency works with great vendors for cabinetry, tile, stone, and fixtures. Their contacts are easy to work with and will walk you through the process of choosing all the materials and help you stay on budget. We had a couple of snags throughout the process - which is to be expected with a big remodel - but anytime we had questions or concerns or wanted to change something (layout, details, etc) Sam was happy to work with us to ensure we were satisfied. Even since the job has been completed if we found anything that we weren't 100% happy with Sam has come back and made sure it was done to our high expectations. Everyone is very easy to communicate with over text and email or a quick phone call if needed. We totally trusted Arthur and gave him a set of keys at the beginning of the project and told him to go for it. He can and went as needed and was her most days to try and finish the job in a timely manner. If we had anything left to remodel (thank goodness we don't) I would hire Regency again.

Our 1940’s Cape Cod kitchen and bath needed a complete overhaul. Regency was professional from beginning to end, never giving us the impression that our job was too small. Bruce gave us an immediate idea of his plans, the cost, and where to go for tile, fixtures, and appliances. His attitude provided the confidence we sought that Bruce and his people would do an excellent job. Iwona drew up and revised the plans for us, Daltile, Studio 41, and ABT electronics guided us in the selection of tiles, fixtures, and appliances while Sam kept in constant communication answering any questions. Bart and his team (Simon, Merik, Greg, Alex, John and Chris) had specific jobs for which they were responsible, doing expert work as well as cleaning up each day. We are very pleased with the finished kitchen and bath, along with the overall experience. We cannot say enough positive things about Regency, and we highly recommend them!

This contractor is awesome! The team was professional and did quality work. They were very communicative and worked with me when the plan needed to be tweaked. I would hire them again. They renovated my master bathroom and tiled my entire basement.

Regency just completed our total gut job kitchen remodel, and we are thrilled with the results! Bruce, Sam, Iwona, and the whole team were all easy to work with. We chose them over two other companies that we interviewed, and are so happy that we did. It feels like we are living in a new house! Bruce promised us eight weeks, but it took nine, but only because we broadened the scope a bit at the beginning of the project. There were a couple of minor communication issues, but that improved significantly. This kitchen is more beautiful than we could imagine, and is very much fun to cook in, bake in, and entertain in! We would use them again, and have referred them to others!

They were also very accomodating to any request that we had. Project was complete in 5 weeks which was great and looks fantastic. Cannot wait to have Regency for our next remodling project.
