Dream master bathroom - From end to end, we were extremely happy with the service, design ideas, vendor connections, and quality of the work. This was the largest project we have ever completed, taking down walls, reconfiguring all of the plumbing and electric, and adding a window to the space. Bruce established a great rapport with us at the beginning, spending ~5 hours with us before we even signed our contract. He was honest, listened to our requests, and helped design a bathroom layout that we didn't even know was possible. He insisted on getting the appropriate permitting (different than other vendors we contacted). Bruce and his team were patient with us as we took our time picking out some very specific design items. We used Bruce's recommended vendors (Cara at Daltile, Arthur at Studio 41, and Jr. from Tip Top Glass). Cara was very easy to work with and helped us make quick decisions. Arthur and Rahnea at Studio 41 helped us find exactly what we wanted, including satin gold fixtures, all while being conscious of our moderate budget. Jr. was a pleasure to deal with - in addition to the glass for our shower, he cut a custom round mirror for us and found satin gold hardware to match our fixtures. Last, but certainly not least, Arthur was the lead at our house for our appx. 6 week project. He and Andre were clean, courteous, and did great work. They arrived promptly at 8 each morning and made sure to clean up each night as we had to stay in our master bedroom during the project. Arthur was great at sharing his ideas and he was flexible as we made slight tweaks to the project throughout. We really enjoyed the full service approach that Regency provided from picking up all of the materials and facilitating vendor relationships to providing guidance and opinions when requested. Regency is definitely a premium vendor, but we felt it was well worth the value. Bruce provided us with a budget and we were able to navigate within it, despite some high end finishes that we chose for certain items. We highly recommend Bruce and his team!

It's a rare occasion when one is able to write a five star review of a single service let alone the multifaceted aspect involved in a remodeling project that included a kitchen, foyer, powder, laundry and dining rooms. From design, demolition, installation and to the finishing touches the work was done with the workmanship and care of professionals who obviously took pride in their respective craft. I believe the quality of the work, professionalism of the crew and the entire team's willingness to go the extra mile starts and ends with the leadership provided by Bruce. He readily shared his expertise, experience and ideas in assisting in the design of every phase of the project, which were not only helpful but vastly improved the final product with a more functional kitchen and a superior overall upgraded look. I appreciated the detailed breakdown of costs and the schedule of the work and payment due at each phase of the project. Bruce's relationship with suppliers made the task of selecting cabinets, granite top, sinks, appliances, etc. easy as he had specific people to contact without having to worry about details as to payment, quantity and delivery. The same applied to contractors for things his crew did not perform, e.g., painting and sanding. Bruce appears to have a listing of contractors that adheres to his high standard as these individuals displayed the same courtesy, professionalism and workmanship in the jobs they performed. It's not hard to understand the overwhelming number of superior reviews submitted on Regency's behalf when reading the reviews written by customers pleased with Bruce and his team's work. I will definitely call on Regency for any future projects.

The crew showed up on time, and were great about cleaning up and protecting the home. We could not have been happier with the recommendations for tile, fixtures, glass, stone, etc which Bruce put us in contact with. A pleasure to deal with, and would definitely hire again for other future projects. Being a home inspector by trade, I was skeptical that any contractor could live up to my standards and attention to details. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.
