Regency has been professional! I've known them for 3 years now. They performed a kitchen remodel and renovated a small room. They started on time, went over by two weeks, but got the job done, and done well. The reason I have kept in touch with Regency is because Bruce and PJ informed from the onset that if there are small things that need a quick check-up or fixing, to call them. Well, about 2.5 years ago we need some of the cabinets to be readjusted. A week ago, the kitchen sink had some minor deficiencies resulting from the initial installation. I emailed Bruce. He was traveling in Europe BUT found a way to not only email me back, but contacted PJ. Within a week, Regency came over and fixed the sink as well as readjusted a ceiling lamp fixture. None of these minor improvements/fix-its cost me -- I have ONLY called Regency twice over the last 3 years, and only when there was a clear sign of a minor issues that resulted from initial installation. Let me say this -- when you have a team involved with remodeling, you are always going to have an individual who may not have the same kind of attitude for detail as the rest of the team. On such occasions, minor issues may crop up down the road. However, what matters more than anything is knowing that you got a company that stays true to their word. Regency will solve your issues. This should say something about customer care.
