“I like that they have their own crew, and they weren't like contracting out to third parties. We never had any issues with the workers not being there or not doing the work they're supposed to. They were there every day. I think they actually finished like three weeks ahead of what they told us they would. Everything was really well done. I didn't have to have them redo hardly anything. They did a kitchen for me. They took a kitchen and a dining room and combined it into one room. They also turned a closet in our bedroom into a bathroom and then built a closet. I'd give them an A .”

Bruce and his crew were great! The bathroom turned out beautiful and we are loving the new space. Friends and family have also commented on how great it turned out. The crew showed up on time, and were great about cleaning up and protecting the home. We could not have been happier with the recommendations for tile, fixtures, glass, stone, etc which Bruce put us in contact with. A pleasure to deal with, and would definitely hire again for other future projects. Being a home inspector by trade, I was skeptical that any contractor could live up to my standards and attention to details. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.

Regency has been professional! I've known them for 3 years now. They performed a kitchen remodel and renovated a small room. They started on time, went over by two weeks, but got the job done well. The reason I have kept in touch with Regency is because Bruce/PJ informed from the onset that if there are small things that need a quick check-up or fixing, to call them. Well, about a week ago, the kitchen sink had some minor deficiencies resulting from the initial installation. I emailed Bruce. He was traveling in Europe BUT found a way to not only email me back and also contacted PJ. Within a week, Regency came over and fixed the sink as well as readjusted a ceiling lamp fixture. None of these minor improvements/fix-its cost me -- I have called Regency twice over the last 3 years, only when a minor issue clearly resulted from initial installation. Let me say this -- when you have a team involved with remodeling, you are always going to have an individual who may not have the same kind of attitude for detail as the rest. On such occasions, minor issues may crop up down the road. However, what matters more than anything is knowing that Regency has impressive customer care!

On such occasions, minor issues may crop up down the road. However, what matters more than anything is knowing that you got a company that stays true to their word. Regency will solve your issues. This should say something about customer care.

Bruce, Luke and the whole Regency team from start to finish was great to work with and did a great job remodeling kitchen. They delivered project on time and worked with me step by step to make this project move a long smoothly. Bruce was willing to work with any changes and review how that would fit in remodel project. I am very pleased with my new kitchen.
