Regency just completed a gut rehab of our bathroom. Main bath of a 1950s brick ranch. This bath had never been rehabbed and we wanted a walk-in shower. We did our homework and selected Regency for this project due to their estimate of costs, timeline, and our opening meeting with Bruce. they were extremely helpful with design and layout.
Sam, project manager, really went above and beyond, kept the project moving forward, patiently answered my endless questions, kept the crew and trades people lined up - plumbers, electricians, quartz fabricators, glass door makers etc… and they were all timely and professional. seamlessly pulling everything together.
But the star of the show was Kris. He was here everyday at 8 a.m. promptly. He was highly professional and detail oriented, easy to be around, cleaned up after each day’s work and just plain ol’ worked his butt off.
Regency kept to the 30 day timeline, except for when the scheduling of Evanston Inspections occasionally threw them slightly off track.
I just could not be more pleased with this project from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Regency to family and friends.

Regency just finished a remodel of our kitchen which included an upgrade of our electric service to 200 amp box. We love our new kitchen and have nothing but praise to Regency and their hard-working team. Our kitchen crew were diligent and careful craftsmen. The electrician was incredible and even brought a gas generator to keep us with power during the long day of transferring the power to the new box.
