We were preparing our house for sale and one of our bathrooms needed major work. After completion (on schedule), our house was listed on a Tuesday, we had 3 offers above asking by Thursday, and had an agreement by Friday. I had been dreading having my master bath remodeled, but Regency banished all my fears with professionalism, organization, and, most of all, a dedication to my satisfaction. From the first meeting, Bruce Pinsler laid out the project start to finish, promising no surprises in quality, schedule or cost, and he delivered on that promise. The team members worked together seamlessly to provide excellent design and construction, with quiet, clean workdays and a minimum of fuss for me. And all was done in a surprisingly short time! I was delighted with the quality of the work and materials, and, most important, I am delighted with the finished bathroom which was affordable but is high-end, elegantly updated yet warm and inviting. Excellent service, excellent results, with a cost that was not at all unreasonable.

Having gone through a guest bathroom remodel with an independent contractor a few years ago, I dreaded facing the same agony again with my master bath. I needn't have worried. The Regency team made this project virtually painless! They came when they said they would, finished on time, and I could have easily stayed within the original materials budget if I hadn't decided to really splurge on a few things. They took it all in stride. They gutted the entire bathroom and reinstalled all tile, cabinets and fixtures, giving me the classy, updated bathroom of my dreams quickly and with a minimum of disruption.
I actually felt pampered throughout the whole process--the Regency team did everything, from arranging for and picking up the permits to picking up the materials I bought or ordered. Tom and Charley were expert workmen, and really cared that everything was done perfectly and that I was happy. Each day before they left, they cleaned up the workspace, and I was amazed at the lack of dust or dirt resulting from the work.
From the beginning, Bruce explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what I needed and where to go to select things. I loved that he had a huge number of photos from other projects to help me form an idea of what I wanted. Most important, he explained exactly how much everything would cost, promising no surprises at the end. I found this to be true when I asked for a couple of extras, such as painting the window frames. I expected to pay extra, but it was included--a welcome rarity in a world of add-ons! During the remodel, Bruce was constantly checking to make sure I was happy with the progress, offering answers to my questions and concerns. Any call or text was quickly responded to, any concerns addressed immediately.
At first I thought the items such as fixtures at the requested vendors were higher-priced, but when I compared them through Internet search, they really weren't any different from other "discount" places for the same materials. Plus, the materials were high-end and worth a little extra. I did find lower prices on some things like towel bars elsewhere, but whatever I bought, the team picked up. The cabinet designer was excellent, helping me find the right cabinets within my budget. I appreciated the sketches and drawings she provided, helping me envision my results.
Would I use Regency again? You bet! In fact, I am looking at my kitchen
