Bruce and his Regency team did a great job on my bathroom remodel and bedroom hardwood floor installation. When I first started thinking about the remodeling work I went to the big name firm that advertises frequently on the radio. Their price estimates were much higher and project timelines were much longer than Regency’s. Regency finished the job right around the date the big name said they would start. Additionally, it felt like the potential project coordinator had never picked up a hammer. My bathroom remodel consisted of converting a vanity only area and a walk-in closet into a full master bathroom and redesigned master bedroom closet. I had an idea of what I wanted to do - Bruce did a great job of understanding my vision and offering up options for me to choose from. He had a library of pictures from prior bathroom remodeling projects that was a great source of ideas and provided many examples to help me think through all my potential options. Another benefit of working through Bruce was his vendor connections (i.e. plumbing fixtures, tile/granite, vanity, mirrors, etc.). Be prepared to spend time working directly with his vendors – you’ll get everything at his contractor’s discounted price plus the benefit of even more design ideas. Bruce’s tile vendor did a tremendous job helping to design the tile pattern in my shower. Bruce’s team gets you through the permit process (from application to sign off), his craftsmen are skilled, they’ll make certain all touch-up items are resolved to your satisfaction, plus the work area will be spotlessly cleaned upon completion. I was on vacation for the last week of the dusty portion of the job – when I came back the hardwood floors throughout the rest of my house had all been cleaned and treated at his expense. My project came in right on budget. Next fall I’m looking to do some work in my basement - I’ll be calling on Bruce and the Regency team to do the work. If you’re thinking about doing remodeling work around house make sure to give Regency a call, you won’t be disappointed!

This is to recommend the kitchen remodel project you might have in mind under the leadership of our Regency Remodeling contractor Bruce Pinsler. He caught wind we were interested, stopped by, and, within 24 hours, was back with a detailed proposal for our kitchen. He sold us on his intention that once the project began, a dedicated crew would be there from 8 to 4:30 every day until the project was done. They were good on their word. Recommended was a complete tear out down to the studs, which we found to be the most efficient way to ensure success. We also were impressed with his intention to eliminate the usual wait time of weeks duration between cabinet installation and granite top measure, fabrication, and installation. His granite guy took our pick at Daltile and Granite, came and measured on a Monday, cut on a Tuesday, and installed on a Wednesday! We then knew that Bruce’s bravado was well earned and backed by results. We learned that such a complete remodel requires every building trade other than foundation and roofing, so it’s going to be intensive with the possibility of delays and set-backs. There were none. We were fortunate to be able to be available from our busy work schedules to consult with his major subcontractor on design preferences on site, and they were faithful to our intentions and decisions, even taking out the grout when it proved not to be to our order with Daltile and reinstalling the right color. There were only a few details left, such as the need for quarter round base shoe on the cabinets, which probably had come with some, supplied by the cabinetry concern unrelated to Regency, but got lost in the shuffle. They agreed to come back and put that in. We are very pleased with the final result and wish anyone who intends on going through with such a major home improvement as this to choose Regency and Mr. Pinsler. I recommend them with a 5 star rating.

“Pretty much everything was a positive experience. The quality of the work, the friendliness of the people involved, and their ideas were positive. They came out and remodeled our kitchen. I'd recommend the company to family and friends. I'd give them an A.”

“First of all the price made it positive. It was neither low nor high. It was just great. Second of all, the quality of work was good. The workers, the laborers who came and worked, were good. There had been some unexpected situations which were very well handled. It was just kitchen stuff, cabinet replacement, counter top, and backsplash. It took almost ten-twelve days for one person. It looks great today. We like it. It's very impressive. I can give the A.”

“Their timeliness and the value for the money made it positive. Their follow-up and timeliness stood out to me. They're prompt, clean, and courteous. Everything you'd look for in a remodeler. I had a bath total gut and rebuilt. The whole thing took two weeks. Their cleanup area was cleaned every day. The trash that was brought out of the home was removed every day so there wasn't anything piling up. Putting down drop cloths. Vacuuming every day. Give them an A. The issue was there was a little glitch but they fixed it immediately as if it didn't even happen. Understanding things happen but their responsiveness is what matters so I'd give them an A.”

Bruce and his team were awesome! Really did everything from start to finish and helped us stay within our budget. Couldn't be happier with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

“We had a worker by the name of Arthur. He was very good, very thorough, and very competent. They redid a bathroom including moving walls and removing and installing new walls. We're very pleased with the results. I would recommend them. I'd rate them A for excellent.”

“They did beautiful work. They came out and did a new kitchen for me. The workers were very talented and easy to work with. We had gone in for another—talked to them about a bathroom job a couple years ago, and we did not select them at the time. They were highly recommended so we called them back in and decided to go with them. I'd give them an A for excellent.”
