We recently did a kitchen remodel with Regency Home Remodeling, and we were so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Their entire staff was very helpful from designing the space to building it. They were fast to respond to any questions, showed up on time and ready to quickly make changes when any issues came up. Everyone who came to work at our house was very respectful and conscious of cleaning up after work hours too. It's hard to find the right company to trust when you're doing a remodel and we are so glad we choose Regency and their whole team.

We worked closely with Sam, Andy, and Rafal on getting the bathrooms remodeled in my parent's summer condo; and we ended up being very happy with the results. Regency worked with us, using fixtures / materials we sourced from several different suppliers, allowing us to get exactly the look we wanted at a price lower than any other quote we had received for the job. The crew worked quickly, clearly were very skilled, and were cool enough to help me haul a bunch of the stuff in any time I brought it over. The results were great, and - according to our real estate agent - increased the value of the condo by a lot more than we paid for the renovation. After finishing up the bathrooms, we hired Regency for other miscellaneous jobs, and each time they got the job done at very fair prices. We're definitely going to consider them when it comes time to do work on our house across town.

We have done two jobs with Regency. We are super happy with the results. The two crews that we had were top notch, knowledgeable, professional and very respectful. They were always on top of things, making sure that the end result met our expectations. For the bathroom remodel the whole process was a delight. Very detailed oriented, offering many design alternatives and options to pick materials from.
For the ceiling repair, light fixtures and flooring, the job was done with extreme care and the results were excellent.

First of all they were responsive from the get go and kept an open and honest dialogue about scheduling and budgeting, there were no surprises during the process (and they stayed within budget!) Their crew was timely everyday and worked extra days to stay ahead of schedule! They kept their work areas clean and the work was high quality and well done. We are very happy with our new bathroom!! The staff from management to purchasing to the installers that performed the work were very professional and well-experienced. They took the time to ask questions in detail and to perform the work with a high level of quality. The installers have 10 years of experience and knew exactly how to perform all tasks relative to the job: plumbing, electrical, tile installation, window installation, etc.

We can’t say enough good things about Sam, Greg and the entire Regency team. We did a full update of our lower level along with a bathroom on our main level. Our lower level was a space that had been stuck in the 70s that we seldomly used. Today, with the help of Regency, the 1,300 sq/ft space has been transformed into rooms that far exceeded our expectations. The lower level now includes a home theater, exercise studio and creative workshop, in addition to spa like bathrooms on both the lower and main floors. Thank you Regency for transforming what had been wasted space into areas we will be enjoying with friends and family for many years to come.
