They called to make sure that they booked the appointment, they confirmed it the day before, and when they came in and performed the work, they were quick. I've had home remodelers do work before, but with Regency, I couldn't even tell they were there; there was no debris or crumbs—nothing. They were very seamless, they were in and out, and they had excellent follow up-and customer service. I would definitely grade them A .”
