The amazing finishes and detail of each part of the bathroom were mostly recommendations of this professional team. One thing that was special: they cleaned up Every Night they worked in my house. (This was a Big Deal to me!!)

Regency was able to help us with a better design and they were able to get us top of the line faucets, fixtures, tiles, granite, vanity, whispering fan, tinted window with a charming wood frame around it and all our products. Bruce is knowledgeable, creative, competent and best of all, easy to work with. I wasn't sure in the first place what I'm going to do with my outdated bathrooms. He walked me through each step of the remodeling project of my one and a half bathrooms from start to finish making sure everything was perfect. In the end?.. A job of excellence! We had a downstairs bathroom done and were anxious to have the work completed before I had surgery. They really went out of their way and were able to complete it on time. The work was exceptional, much attention to detail. The workers were pleasant and very anxious to please. The finished work is outstanding. I had an idea as to what I wanted the room to look and they gave me a lot of suggestions that contributed to the finished work.

I am taking the time to write this review because of how pleased I am with our remodeling experience with Regency. It exceeded our expectations. We interviewed five companies and picked Regency because of Bruce's ability to provide great suggestions, fair pricing and his friendly demeanor. He wanted to work with us not just for us.
We have been so pleased during the entire process with Bruce and his craftsman. We completely gutted a bathroom and remodeled a bedroom, as well as tore down a wall and did a lot of work and changes to the front of our house and garage. We replaced the front and side doors and lots more. They kept our living area as clean as possible during the construction. They were always there when they said they would be and when we requested minor changes, they were quick to accept them and were very friendly but professional. Bruce always gave us suggestions to help us stay within our budget and on schedule.
The craftsmanship was of the highest quality. The tile work, painting, siding and flooring was amazing. Overall, as we continue to upgrade our property, whatever the project is, Bruce and his crews will be our first pick. They are excellent at meeting our biggest concerns which are price (staying within budget), reliability (they always were there when they said they would be) and meeting the agreed schedule (they finished when they said they would).
We couldn't be more pleased and will continue to use Regency for planned future projects. We highly recommend no matter the size of the job.

Regency was hired to do a whole house remodel outside the basement for my husband and I. From the outset Bruce and his team were very professional and did everything they could to make the job go as smooth as possible. Bruce had an excellent handle of the scope of the work we desired and the constraints of our budget. He was able to get the renovation we wanted well within our budget.
What also impressed us about Regency is that they have a tremendous follow through after the job is done. Bruce addressed any concerns we had time and time again after the job was completed.
In regards to the quality of the workmanship, we have had many family and friends that were extremely impressed with the job. The work is quite frankly outstanding. Machek, in particular, is a true craftsman and visionary. The team at Regency were able to see which layouts worked best and always presented multiple options to us. We are planning on finishing a basement possibly in the future and if we do so, we would strongly consider hiring Regency for the job based on our positive experience.

I can't say enough good things about Regency and their team! We met with a few other contractors before Regency and the difference in customer service was astounding. Bruce met us for our appointment and we instantly knew we were dealing with a knowledgeable and experienced company. Bruce took his time and walked us through everything. He listened to all of our ideas and answered our 1 million questions. He even helped us with the design aspect!! We never felt rushed or bullied into compromising what we really wanted, which was very important to us. What we also loved about Regency is Bruce stayed our point of contact during the duration of our project!
We were nervous about such an extensive renovation with our full house, but Bruce and his crew made it as smooth as possible! The crew was very polite and courteous while working on our home. They respected all the surrounding areas which minimized any messes trailing away from the kitchen. The crew worked quickly, but skillfully and cleaned up each day before leaving. Bruce checked on our project regularly, making sure everything was on schedule. From start to finish we were completely taken care of.
The finished project looks amazing! Everything was done with quality and all the suggestions Bruce made came out fantastic. We are so impressed with their skill level and customer service, that we are already considering re-doing our bathroom! I highly recommend Regency to anyone interested in remodeling their home!!!
