We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by Regency Remodeling and my wife and I were very happy with the process. Bruce showed up on time and did not try to sell us on anything we did not want. Bruce gave us great ideas and did his best to work within our budget. Bruce gave us the option to use his discount with vendors he already had a relationship with. Before the project started, Bruce introduced my wife and I to the Project Manager who was our point of contact during the renovation. Bruce reiterated that he was always available if we had questions or concerns.
Once the project started, there was someone at our home every day Monday - Friday and some Saturdays to keep the project on schedule. The sub-contractor assigned to our project was very respectful of our home and even provided us with suggestions for where to put the accent tile and what kind of pattern to use. Any issues that came up were quickly addressed. Overall, I would recommend Regency Remodeling to anyone looking to remodel a room in their home.

We had a great experience working with Regency. They demolished the existing kitchen, installed a new floor base, ran electrical, moved plumbing and gas, painted, installed lighting, installed appliances, and laid backsplash tile. One thing I really appreciated was that the crew would ask questions when there was an option on how to do something. If they found something needing fixing, they took care of it. If we found something, they took care of it right away as well. We would definitely use them again for future projects. Our kitchen is updated and gorgeous thanks to Bruce and team!

Quality Work & Personal Attention We were in a very difficult place, newlyweds, and had just lost 80% of our house to a fire… At a time when people were practically banging down our door to take advantage of the insurance claim, Regency was there for us. They rebuilt and updated our home and got us moved back into our home in record time, talking us through each part of the job along the way. Regency was great to deal with. Very responsive to communication and willing to spend plenty of time discussing the project. The work crew was quick, accurate and left the site clean as can be. There was a slight issue with the siding shape so Regency without hesitation removed what they had done and started over absolutely without question or cost. They also added details along the way without added cost. Post project communication has been great as well. Yes I would recommend Regency.
