“It took a little longer than expected. I liked the game plan they had at the beginning, the timeline that they laid out. But the timeline didn't quite fit in, so they had to come back and fix a few things they didn't get done the first time, which they handled as promptly as my schedule would permit. But we had planned this—I hadn't moved in—so they could do it without having to worry about my schedule, so it cause some inconvenience. They made some revisions to the bathroom. I would use them again. I'll give them a B.”

“I ordered a vanity. So we went to the store and they had the vanity we ordered. The certification of the vanity was emailed to the contractor. The contractor started taking down the wall and rebuilding the pipes for the vanity and then when the vanity was finally received it was the wrong vanity. It was not right-handed but left-handed, so they had to remove that wall again and rebuild new piping for the new installation of that vanity. It was OK with me by that point. I said that's fine. I'm not going to make a big deal if it's left or right hand. So anyway they put it in. When they put it in the drainage was up here. They hadn't put the top portion in it, but it looked like there was a drawer underneath the cabinet and I was concerned that the drainage pipe was going to hit the drawer. The contractor said he was going to have cut the vanity. I'd just paid $2000 for the vanity and I didn't want to have that vanity cut in any way so went back and forth and he was going to cut it, I sa

“We're still working on it but we're almost done. They did a good job from picking out to craftmanship and stuff. They're a nice group of guys that came over and worked. They had a good group. Overall, everything was good. We have a 100-year old bungalow. They started a bathroom remodel but it pretty much turned into—we took all the plumbing out of the house, took galvanized pipe out and put copper pipe in. Literally tore the bathroom—subfloor, ceiling, took it all out. Their customer service was good. The only thing is we're still working on the timeline. We're not really done but when I get home today all the finishing touches should be completely done. If it was anything it was the time. It took them an exceptionally—a lot of time to get it all done. I chose them because of price and what they told me they were going to be able to accomplish in the end. I'd give them a B. I would recommend them. It's the timeline issue. We've tripled our timeline from what we'd started with so it's

“They're really easy to work with. They remodeled two bathrooms for us. Their customer service was excellent. I chose them because they had a lot of really good design ideas. They really managed the project start to finish. They weren't just a contractor who could execute my ideas. They came with a lot of their own and put me in touch with a lot of really good vendors and were really helpful along the way. I would grade them an A.”

“We got a bathroom remodeled, completely gutted and remodeled. I think that the final product is really good just full disclosure I wasn't thrilled with some of the communication but I think those types of issues are always going to happen. At the end of the day the product turned out good and we're happy with it. Definitely had some headaches getting from point A to point B but I would recommend them. It was a master bathroom remodel. They were actually the most expensive which is not the reason we chose them. I would give them - and again I'm happy with the product there was just some communication errors on their end that at the end of the day cost us more money. I would say a B-.”

“We're very detail oriented and they made sure they weren't finished with the job until we were perfectly happy. We had our kitchen completely gutted and a new kitchen. We had a referral from my father-in-law. I would say a B , I would say being a little bit more organized would've been helpful.”

“The finished product turned out exactly how we liked it. They did our bathroom, it was a full overhaul. My wife picked them out. B, a few minor things that dropped them down to a B.”

“They were easy to get in touch with, the finished product was good, overall experience I would say it was a B . I would recommend them. There's other things that I would say they could pay attention to detail a little more and obviously we had to stay on top of them with stuff but overall a good experience. They remodeled a master bathroom. Overall it was good, I talked with them throughout the time. There were a couple things they could've done better that I talked with them about but I mean it was like some decisions where we weren't 100% on the same page where we thought we were at first but again I would recommend them and I would give them a good grade and I think we would use them again.”

“They did the work at the house. It was nice. I'm satisfied with the work. The work came out okay, the work came out fine. I had a couple of rooms redid and it came out okay it came out fine. I had to have something done in the living room with a new ceiling and then upstairs part of the ceiling had come down so they had to fix that. They did the living room and one of the bedrooms. They did some work in there. I'd give them a B.”

“They didn't actually finish the job. It was a roofing job, they good work, not exactly what we talked about but contractually what we agreed on except for not finishing the silver coat on the flat roof. They didn't do the silver coating, they said they were going to and I just haven't heard back and it's been awhile. I'm not satisfied, I'm not considering it to be finished and maybe they don't either but we just haven't connected yet to get that done. They found me through my connections and interests, so they called me. I would say B but I would also never use them again.”
