We hired Regency to remodel of our kitchen in Fall 2021. Long story short: hire this company because their work, professionalism and customer service is first class. Our job was to gut and completely remodel our approximately 140 sq. ft. kitchen (new drywall, cabinets, counters, sink, plumbing, flooring, lighting, appliances—everything) as well as remove and replace our laundry room sink and tub. The design process was very professional and gave us tons of options in our new layout. When it came to the work, unlike contractors we’ve hired in the past, Regency had a dedicated team of 2 guys that showed up every single day, generally working 8 to 9 hours a day. There was none of the usual business of days and days with no work and no progress that we’ve experienced in the past—even with highly rated outfits. Because of Regency’s approach, we had a fully working kitchen in a little over 4 weeks from the day they started work, which was way ahead of our expectations. More importantly, the work looks fantastic and they followed our instructions and wishes to the letter. They even went above and beyond, for example, one day the air conditioning was suddenly not working and I thought it was because of the work on the electrical panel. When I asked about it, the guys diagnosed and replaced a blown fuse in my air conditioning—not even part of their job! The team was respectful of our home and left the site swept up each day and minimized disruption and dust as much as possible. Our project manager, Sam, was very responsive to any issues (usually responding within a hour or so to any emails) and was always ready to stop by if needed. I can say our experience with Regency was fantastic, and I would (and almost certainly will) hire them again without second thought on our next project.
