Regency did a great job on my bathroom remodel. Bruce was very attentive and accommodating, he even gave me more than I bargained for. The workers were pleasant and all work was finished sooner that scheduled. The project was fairly priced and excellent. I am 100 percent happy. Thanks Bruce. I have recommended them to friends.

Regency built a roof deck for my wife and I. Was very happy with the way it turned out. Their workers completed project within the allotted time promised and always made sure work area was clean before they left for the day. The owners were available to discuss any issues or concerns we had. They were amicable and collaborated with us to find the best solution. I subsequently recommended several other families to use them. They were very pleased with the quality of their work and would recommend them to others as well.

The reason Regency Remodeling is not getting a higher review is due to total lack of communication and lack of respect for our time. Keith (the sales rep) and John the (site supervisor) had major issues communicating with one another. Keith consistently spoke to me in a condescending tone and continually asked the same questions over and over. He never checked with his site supervisor before asking me. This led to a great deal of confusion regarding answers to his questions especially due to repeating the same information numerous times to numerous people. In the beginning of the project, I had requested I be informed when the workers would be working and what time they would arrive so I could work around them. I am on disability so I am flexible to meet their schedule. I was told their schedule. The workers were consistently 1 to 2 hours later than the schedule I was given. John gave me the workers would not be working. The workers showed up at 8:30 am. They were always scheduled for between 8am and 9am but consistently showed up after 9 some days as late as 10:30. I was told our counter top delivery would be between 10 and noon. When I texted Keith at 12:30 that day, I was told the delivery would be here at 1 the delivery was running an hour late. They didn’t show up until 1:45. I told Keith I was unavailable one day and that they couldn’t work. He started calling and texting me at 8:45am that day and continued all day. I repeatedly told him via text that I was unavailable and he just kept asking a question I had already answered with John the day before. I finally told him I couldn’t talk due to being in the middle of a medical procedure He told me I should have told him that and he then wouldn’t have contacted me. I shouldn’t have to tell him personal information to get him to respect my not being available. When I finally became upset he told me I was being mean to him and I had to contact the owner. After that, Keith became very sarcastic with me. I understood this would be a difficult process and we would be living without a kitchen and with the mess. I was not prepared for the lack of communication, condescending attitude and lateness of the employees. The workers were great when they were here. The final product turned out really nice due to our choices.

Overall I would NOT recommend this company as I did not have the best experience working with them (mainly Bruce & Iwona). His quotes for fixtures were way off; in fact the guy I worked with at Studio41 basically laughed when I showed him what Bruce estimated. And I didn't get high end stuff! There was only one item he was under on, the shower door. Not all the work was done correctly and I had to have them come back twice to finish it after they said it was done. It still isn't perfect but I am tired of dealing with them. Then they fought with me over the final price due to the sub par work.

We picked Regency since Bruce seemed eager and quote was competitive. It went downhill from there. A gut master/hall bath remodel was supposed to take 4-5 weeks with mostly owner provided materials. I picked tile, vanity etc from Bruce's preferred vendors (got contractor discounts). Tile work in master by Vlad was so-so and he was MIA from time to time. Vlad's replacement did a good job with the master bath tiles/floor. Installing faucets/shower heads took days and was done shoddily by a third guy. 7 weeks behind schedule and had to pester foreman Lucas to get many little things fixed.

Regency did my master bath remodel 12 years ago and the grout in the tile has been crumbling for years now. I am finally having it fixed and the new contractor has found that the entire tile was incorrectly done (floor and shower). A hole in the flooring where pipes were moved was replaced with DRYWALL not plywood. No moisture barrier was used. Completely shoddy workmanship. We now have black mold and have to have the entire shower ripped out and replaced. I am beyond disappointed.

Horrible experience. Owner of this business kept insisting I tell him my budget, upon giving him a rough estimate, he started drilling on timing. I told him that i understand the shortage of workers so i am flexible and he kept insisting that i give him an estimate. During our conversation, he said that he doesnt want to waste his time by giving an estimate unless i want to move forward with him.. I guess COVID has killed estimate business, you have to agree with this robbery or you wont get any services. Very pathetic. If you want a detail estimate of your work and want to shop around for best services, you should NOT call him. If you have ton of money and wants a worst customer service, go with them! They won't dissapoint.

I had windows a gutter and siding installed. The screens on the windows don't close completely but my biggest problem is the hugh icicles that hang over my gutter in the back of my house and on the side. They installed a heater coil in gutter which don't seem to do anything. The ice runs from the top of my 2 story building down to the ground my sidewalk has ice a half inch thick and is very dangerous to walk on so not only do I have hugh icicles I have to worry about falling on someone I have a sidewalk I have to worry about. There are areas of ice covering my windows and are frozen with a yellow ice.Which I was told by another company that it means damage in between house and siding Try to get them on the phone and have no luck.Beware.
