Regency Home Remodeling renovated my single-family house, including the kitchen, flooring, and a new roof on a back patio. Bruce was very helpful in figuring out the best kitchen layout and providing a complete and accurate cost and time estimate. The work that was done was of high quality, and the customer service was excellent. As with all renovations, there were surprises. Regency Home Remodeling was fair and acted in my best interest when addressing the unexpected issues.

Regency brought my dreams to life! The team did a fabulous job, made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Everyone including Bruce, Iwona, Sam, Tom, and Casey were exceptional. They really cared for my home. Everything passed inspection seamlessly, and if you know Schaumburg, that is no easy task. Highly recommend this team!

We were referred to Regency by a friend, and we're so glad we chose to use them for our kitchen! We appreciated that Bruce was up front about absolutely everything from the start, so we knew exactly the price we would be paying with no last minute add ons. After an initial visit to our house, he came back about a week later with 8 different detailed designs for us to choose from, at no cost to us.
Front start to finish, we had someone working in our house Monday thru Friday with virtually no days of no work. Any questions we had along the way, Sam was very responsive and quick to answer.
Having been through a kitchen remodel that took several months, I was skeptical of the timeline we were given of 6-8 weeks, but sure enough we were complete in 8 weeks, which we were super appreciative of with a baby on the way. Can't say enough good things about Regency, we will use them again for any future projects!

I could NOT be happier with my experience getting my bathroom addition done with Regency. They were so communicative, precise, thorough, careful, clean, SHOWED UP, and the work was amazing! They went above and beyond!!! I love the way my bathroom turned out and get so many compliments on it! I highly recommend and will definitely be using them with my future projects!

We recently remodeled our kitchen with Regency. We had an idea of what we wanted but had a lot of wasted space. Bruce put together a design and was able to eliminate all of the wasted space.
Sam kept us informed throughout the entire project. He always got back to us w/updates. He was very prompt with either emailing, texting or calling when we had questions, even after project was completed and we had a few settling issues he addressed them right away.
Tom and Casey worked daily. They were very courteous and efficient.
We are very happy w/our kitchen!

Bruce and Sam Pinsler were always on time, knowledgeable, honest and extremely well organized. We did an extensive bathroom and hall closet remodel and the team we were assigned were the best craftsman we have ever worked with. Max, Bogdan or Peter, were there every day and always on time! We couldn't be happier with the result. We also had access to Regency's first-rate plumbing, cabinetry, tile and fabrication suppliers!. We also plan on remodeling our kitchen in the near future and Regency will be on the top of our list when that time comes!
