Best UWS bike store, I only come here for bike service. When you bike everywhere you need to rely on your equipment and these guys are the best

I bought my bike here in May 2024 - the service was excellent then, and still terrific now. I worked with the staff to customize the handlebar at the time of the purchase and now it was time for a checkup. It was thorough, detail-oriented and fast! I love my tuned-up bike and will definitely keep returning. Thank you Guys!!!!

Evan was super helpful and knowledgeable. My 12 year old bike needed so much work I decided to just buy a new one. Evan helped identify the right fit, and moved all my accessories to my new bike no charge, also trimming the handlebars for me. Very happy with the service.

I have had a chance to work with both Ricardo's that work in the Trek Store. I think it's the best bike store/ bike service in all of NYC! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, nice and professional.
