Mr. Kevin and Mr. Mitch are truly amazing! They care deeply about their customers and ensure they are always taken care of! My wife and I had to find a new cruise because Carnival rescheduled their dry docking to a time frame in which our cruise fell under and after we found a new sailing and ship we liked, we sent the information over and they represented us to ensure we were able secure the new sailing, whilst also keeping the original pricing. It is very rare to come across companies that have employees who care that deeply and do everything they can to ensure their customers are taken care of, and that is why I will continue to come to them in the future!
