I rated the Trek store in Lake Grove a 10 entirely because of the staff and specifically Trevor. I have used a few bike stores previously and was very happy with them but continue to now only go to Trek because of Trevor. He's very helpful, quick, and doesn't make me feel stupid with my stupid questions. Additionally, he doesn't mind showing you how he fixes the bike so that I can actually take care of some of the easy fixes at home.

This store is by far the best. They serviced. Y daughters wheelchair when I was unable to the actual wheelchair repair shop to do anything. On top of that they refuse to charge. Thank you you have no idea how great a help you are
