This is the best bike shop actually the best establishment i have ever been to and treated way beyond my expectations. I've been her several times and not 1 time ever have I had anything less then exceptional service help. Today they put my bike rack went above and beyond. Last year, 2 new bikes for my kids. Kick stand for a bike tune up. I have list of things that I've come here for and the biggest thank you to this location and everyone that is a part of it. I have several shop options near me. And I will not step foot in. Just to return to trek bikes in lake groove.

I found John and Trevor to be very helpful with the purchase and assembly of my bike and bike carrier. I had an issue with the carrier and John came to my house to help me out. The service is absolutely superb.

Trevor was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The entire experience was a pleasure. I’m very happy with my new bike after only riding it a couple miles when I got it home. Can’t wait for the warmer weather so I can get out there and ride it more.

John spent the time to answer all my questions and gave a fair price for my old bike. I decided on a FX 4 sport and John said it would be ready in about a week. After 3 days Trevor called and said the bike was ready. The bike is amazing . John and Trevor were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with .

Just had the best experience at this store with the employee named John. He went above and beyond with his customer service for my sons SE bike that was purchased elsewhere. He took the time to explain to my son the issue and and how to properly care for his bike to prevent it from happening again. The store is so beautiful and well maintained.
John was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. So refreshing to see a young employee enthusiastic and invested in his job. Great job John and thank you!

I had an issue with tire and was turned around so fast, affordable, and the tech was helpful.
Then last night after trying to put training wheels, that came with hardware that didn't fit, on my son's new bike I had an issue tightening them. Brought it in today because I didn't have the right tools, and increasing levels of frustration. They got it all set, free of charge.
I will keep coming back here just because of the helpful staff.

I have dealt with the employees here many times over the years. They know what they are doing and enjoy what they are doing. I had a trek marlin for several years and just upgraded to the fuel ex! It took many test rides on various bikes to come to this conclusion. They were polite, helpful and always made me feel welcome in the shop. In the end I feel like I got a really good bike for the money. The Fuel ex is the best bike I've ever been on. I already took it for a ride at glacier ridge, can't wait to go to mountain creek. Shout out to Scott and Trevor, Thanks!
