I’ve ordered over 30 covers and have been very pleased with most of the designs. However, not all designs have fully met my expectations as I envisioned them. In such cases, I’ve requested single revisions, which were accommodated in line with the terms outlined on their website. Today, however, I believe a team member named Tania took offense and declined to accommodate my revision requests, opting instead to refund my orders. I find this response unprofessional and lacking in courtesy and respect. I kindly ask that you revisit the designs in accordance with your terms and conditions. Thank you.
