GetCovers did a fantastic job with the ebook cover of my book! They were very fast; it only took 24 hours! While the cover is a custom cover, I did have to find my own images from a database (though it was nice in a way to pick images myself so I knew exactly what I had in my mind). Nastia did a fantastic job with the font and effects and bringing the whole thing together. This is a steal of a deal at $25! Just make sure to check the images you choose in the database, as not all of them have commercial use licensing...

The last two times I ordered a cover, the designer didn't read the comments about what I was looking for. One time she gave me the exact same cover as the time before and just changed the name. I keep having to send it back which puts me behind on my publishing timeline. Very frustrating!

They resell depositphoto.com images. Images you can buy directly. I will not be using the design they gave me. Terrible.

I very rarely leave reviews like this. The covers themselves were great but the customer service I have received is abysmal. There have been numerous errors with the paperback files of which I had to ask them to fix, even then they are missing half of the files. It's a shame because the covers are brilliant but unfortunately, the customer service team is incapable of doing what is needed. I am still missing one of my paperback files despite being back and forth with support. No, I cannot recommend them. Design-wise, yes. Service, no.
