Derron helped me with the HELOC. Now, I am not an easy client: I had my specific requirements and I stood by them. My lender, turns out, was not an easy client either. Between my two mortgages, two refinancing's and one other HELOC this was BY FAR the most complicated. It took almost 3 months. It was on a brink of failure a couple of times. I can't even imagine the amount of legwork Derron had to do to push it through.
Long story short: if you want an agent that fights tooth and nail for you, I dare you to find somebody that does it better than Derron.
