I've had a great experience with Renofi. Smooth process along the entire process. To be honest I did not expect to be connected with two additional services one of which became the final lender for my HELOC, but overall each step of the process was made clear and understandable by the team at Renofi.
I tend to be a skeptic by nature, so I was cautious through the whole process and my Renofi rep walked me through getting my home assessed, and the in-person Notary for closing, all of which were handled professionally by the contracted local partners.
Overall I give the process a 5-star since everything went as expected with no hangups.
