This process was so simple. Renofi arranged everything and now we have a beautiful swimming pool. Definitely would work with them again in the future

John Holtz was my Senior Loan Officer for Renofi, and he was great to deal with. I initially reached out to John looking to finance my renovation. John suggested putting a first mortgage on the house I was buying, and using the money I would have spent on the house to finance my renovation. The overall experience was excellent. I applied for the loan on Thanksgiving, and we closed on the house on 12/31/24. John was incredibly responsive to any of my questions, and his follow up is outstanding. I would highly recommend John Holtz and Renofi to anyone looking for a mortgage.

RenoFi is such an amazing company! My wife and I didn’t think we’d be able to fund our ADU project. We called a couple of other companies and they said they didn’t do that and some didn’t even know what an ADU was (seriously)! But I kept looking and found a YouTube video on RenoFi and the rest was history. Khadija Quarles our advisor has made this process so smooth. She is amazing and stayed on top of everything, always responded back to us quickly, and broke everything down with timelines . What a great company !! Highly recommended!! Thanks again !!

I appreciate Alicia Knox, our renovation advisor. I was already feeling overwhelmed by the process of completing a renovation and obtaining financing, but Alicia was patient with me and my husband. She was very prompt and responsive. I often got a response from her within 24 hours. She kept the process moving in a timely fashion and she was able to help us get what we needed to do our project.
