I worked with Lee Barnes on a loan to support the complete renovation of our family home. Without boring everyone with details, lets just say if there was an issue that could come up, it *did* come up - and we dealt with it. Lee was really the godsend that we needed. He has the right attitude and energy for the role. He was curious about my family, really tried to understand what we cared about, and worked to structure a loan that would best suit us at this particular time. Lee is very engaging, uses his creativity and thinks outside of the box, especially when challenges arise. We will turn to Lee again when it's time for the next loan. I will not work with anyone else. Really, I am so pleased with Lee. He represents his organization in the best possible manner.
