I was in the planning stage of a basement renovation. I found RenoFi on the internet looked at the reviews and started filling out the calculator to see rates. I would say within 1 to 2 hours I received a call from Shana, who provided me with information about the process and a secure link. I was not ready to explore the RenoFi option. A couple of weeks go by, Ryan reached out to me to see if he could help me and answer any questions. I finally uploaded my documents and within two days Ryan congratulated me on my approval. This was by far the best experience I’ve have ever had when dealing with a loan. Thank you very much Ryan, Shana and RenoFi!!! I highly recommend using this group!!

Very pleased with my experience! I got a Personal Renovation Loan. I found it to be so much easier than a traditional HELOC. It only took a week to formally apply, get approval, and receive the funds. A HELOC usually takes at least a month or so and requires an out-of-pocket appraisal. I did not need an appraisal whatsoever. I also felt like I got a good interest rate. Compared to a HELOC I was looking at, it was no more expensive! So much less hassle. Shout out to Ryan and Jessica from RenoFi for all the help. Definitely worth checking out!
