I'm super happy with Renofi. If I could leave more stars I would. I purchased my home in June and applied for a renovation loan before moving in to the new house. Unlike other lenders that require you to live in the house for at least 6 months, Renofi is a great option for all those looking to renovate sooner rather than later. The application process is just like a HELOC mortgage. The team working with me was great. I got to work with Shalonda Craig and Austen Amos. They were both outstanding, professional and very responsive. Always available either by phone or email. I couldn’t be any happier with all my renovations
