Excellent customer service. From intro to closing we were kept informed at each step in the process. We did not have quite enough equity to fully fund our home expansion. With RenoFi we were able to get a loan based on the "project completion" estimate home value. This prevented us from expanding less than desired or not at all. The 100% online process was 100% convenient!

The RenoFi process was very well laid out. There was always a real person contact to answer questions if needed. Their online portal allows for privacy and keeps your loan application progress up to date so you can always see where things stand. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. Clear and easy to understand communication. The whole process was very low stress. They did a great job for us!
