Great service Thanks to Jacob & Jessica Our loan process turned into a long complicated process. Both Jacob and Jessica were patient and understanding when they had to wait for, what should have been, simple steps for us to complete. Which meant that at times they had to run new numbers because of changes in interest rates, etc...Jacob helped me look at other ways to get the loan funded so we didn't have to wait so long, but alas there was no easier way to go. They were both kind in answering the same questions numerous times while I wrapped my head around aspects of the process. They truly made us willing to keep working on this loan when I was ready to throw my hands up and deal with it next spring. Now we are just trying to beat winter to get the roof done!
