I had been thinking about a home addition for a couple of years, once I came across RenoFi, I decided it was time. I started off using their RenoFi Design services to get a ballbpark budget for the work. From there I contacted General Contractors for price quotes and designs. That process took about 6 months. My RenoFi Advisor was there during the entire process and was checking in and giving me updates on the rates during these months. Just a call/text/email to see how things were progressing and confirming that I was still looking for financing. No endless calls trying to pressure you or sell you a loan. Once we selected a GC, collecting and tracking the loan documents was an easy task thanks to their portal. They setup everything from the appraisal to the loan closing, all around my schedule. I would highly recommend RenoFi to someone looking to finance their renovation or addition.
