In a little over a year I have bought 2 vehicles and sold 2 vehicles with Unique and realized I have not left a review yet. I love their website, search it multiple times a day because as they say, the hunt is never over. Their amazing facility is 60 miles from me so even when I am not in the market, it is fun to see the huge inventory in person. It is so nice inside the facility I would be willing to pay admission to get in (but don’t tell them that). When I am there, I feel like I can mill around to my hearts content without getting bothered, which I appreciate. On the other hand, if I am interested in something, the sales staff is always attentive, whether in person, phone, email, or text. The last car I purchased had old tires on it so I bought new ones at a local tire shop and Ryan arranged getting them on for me before I drove out to pick it up, going above and beyond for me. I feel like consigning a vehicle can be an emotional thing for most people. I always try and be realistic, the reason I consign is I don’t want to deal with the hassles so I am willing to take less. Taking less also assumes I can find a buyer willing to pay more than what I want from consigning, that is a big assumption! Unique markets their cars worldwide which is going to reach more potential buyers than putting a for sale sign in the window and posting on FB marketplace. Proving my point, my first vehicle sold to a person in Hawaii, the last one just sold to someone in Maine. Lastly, these people have been doing this a long time and have got it down to a science. Both vehicles I have purchased I have received my plates in 2 weeks and titles in 4. Obviously you are dependent on your DMV to get these out, but Unique is on top of their paperwork and gets it filed immediately. Top to bottom, in my experience with them they have been a trust worthy and professional dealership! I look forward to working with them many more times in the future!
