Thanks to Ms Lam of Redbox in Yau Tong. She listened carefully and recommended a right size of the storage in my preferred location in TW with excellent price. Her attentive attitude earned my trust and appreciation. I can tell the staff in Tsuen Wan and Yau Tong worked as a team to focus on my needs while answering all of my questions promptly and professionally.

Contacted Redbox through phone to inquire storage availability at CityOne location. Thanks to customer service Ms. Lam provide quotation & promotion via phone and immediately arrange onsite visit for me. Ms. Wong (Genie) was super helpful as well with the on site visit and explained in details of the procedure. I very much appreciated her assistance and she was very patience with me even though it had passed the office hours. Excellent customer service.
