I have been using red box service since 2023. Patrick is excellent with superb customer service delivery . Attention to details , and very helpful. A great asset to Red Box tw. The office is well maintained, would recommend this storage service to others

Great location in Sai Wan. The storage space is huge, bright, and spotless. The staff are really friendly, especially Ms. Yeung, who’s super warm and professional! Highly recommend!

I have been a RedBox storage customer for some years and have always had great experiences with their storage facilities and customer services team. Patrick was very helpful and well experienced in the facilities and services offered. Patrick certainly made my life much easier with the tasks I needed to complete.
Vinsy helped me a lot. I couldn't find the entrance but she guided me through.
Even the process was very simple.
The storage seems very secure and clean.

First time I used Redbox, I think the company is efficient and top of the notch in the industry. Vinsy in the Tuen Mun branch is very helpful and efficient.
Genie Wong at Red Box Storage was fantastic. She gave us a very precise introduction to the facility and was incredibly patient with all our questions. Her professionalism was the reason we felt confident enough to sign a contract on the spot. Highly recommended!
Sai wan branch is great - very efficient & clean & easy and all the staff speak
