Nice and clean storage, prices are clear and reasonable. Staffs are very helpful and pleasant especially Ms. Yeung who gave my China friend a lot of help and good advice to successfully rented a storage locker here. Her language skill is excellent speaking fluent Mandarin. 24 hours air-conditioned storage, highly recommended !

Patrick is an amazingly helpful supervisor for Redbox Tsuen Wan. He’s very friendly, hands-on and a true humanist too. He made the experience using Redbox very seamless, and just a positive, warm experience.

I have been a RedBox storage customer for some years and have always had great experiences with their storage facilities and customer services team. Patrick was very helpful and well experienced in the facilities and services offered. Patrick certainly made my life much easier with the tasks I needed to complete.
Vinsy helped me a lot. I couldn't find the entrance but she guided me through.
Even the process was very simple.
The storage seems very secure and clean.
