I am enjoying this program immensely. I'm almost 75 and found myself having difficulty doing small everyday things like balancing to put on shoes or putting on my pants. My thought was "oh no, this is the beginning". I discovered your program on the internet and thought I'd try it out. I'm stronger, have better balance and basically in better shape than I've been in in years. Thank you Darren and team, I plan on staying with this program until I dance my way into heaven.Gratefully, Nancy

Fantastic exercise program that builds upon previous exercises to strengthen your body. It's never too hard to do because of that order to it. You will enjoy doing these and will get stronger and more flexible as you progress through the program.

It was an awesome program. Thankful it was primarily sitting in the chair as I have problems with my back. However when we stood up and did exercises to help with balance; that did help me. I am know doing the yoga class and that class is going good. Thank you,
