I love the Ultimate Program! I have been working my way through all of the sessions doing one every other day for the past several years. On the in between days I go to a gym to ride a bike and use some of the other equipment. Even if the weather is bad and I don’t want to drive, I an always exercise.

This program has so many options and different workouts from full body workouts to addressing specific problem areas to gentle yoga to help with sleep issues. I encourage you to become a member of the Founders Club as you'll never ever run out of different ways to move your body. I receive texts several times a week from Deron with words of encouragement which helps me to stay motivated and keeps me accountable. Well worth the monthly fee to stay so much more limber and active.

I LOVE the ultimate program. I don't have to decided which workout I should do each day knowing that I'm getting a well rounded workout for my whole body with this program. I can still repeat any single workout that I would like to repeat with no interruptions.I've been doing this program for a little over a year and my husband is constantly commenting on how trim and firm I look. At 75 I figure if I can maintain and not slide backward, Im happy. If I can move the old age clock back a little, I'm delighted!Thank you Daren, slow and steady wins the race!
