I love the Ultimate Program! I have been working my way through all of the sessions doing one every other day for the past several years. On the in between days I go to a gym to ride a bike and use some of the other equipment. Even if the weather is bad and I don’t want to drive, I an always exercise.

This program has so many options and different workouts from full body workouts to addressing specific problem areas to gentle yoga to help with sleep issues. I encourage you to become a member of the Founders Club as you'll never ever run out of different ways to move your body. I receive texts several times a week from Deron with words of encouragement which helps me to stay motivated and keeps me accountable. Well worth the monthly fee to stay so much more limber and active.
