After letting myself fall into a routine of NOT exercising and losing strength I found the Grow Young fitness and loved the fact that I could start with sitting exercises. I have arthritis in my knees and was to the point I could not do stairs very well. I am not able to do stairs again, have gained strength and flexibility.

Wonderful 72. I am anxious about whatโ€™s next. I do not want to lose my momentum. I read from other comments to go to Cardio next. If I had something I donโ€™t like it will be not being clear on where to go next. Please guide us. 72. I am so proud and grateful to yoy๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

I think it is a great resource. It gives me a routine to stay motivated. I feel stronger. I enjoy the stretching and relaxation at the end of the session.

Grow Young Fitness is the best! I look forward to each workout. They are always fun and I am looking forward to each new one. I am so thankful to you guys! And I feel so much stronger now.

I like the Foundation program. I like how you gradually add new exercises and increase repetitions. Even tho I only do 2 Foundation work outs a week ( I do 3 other work outs each week) I can still feel a difference.
