This was a killer! My upper thighs are on fire. Best exercise I’ve done so far. I’m not able to stand. My legs are very weak and the nerves to my legs I really don’t have any but when you are standing in going through the exercises, I’m trying to do them as I’m sitting and truly this was the hardest I’ve had so far like I said my size are on fire. It was awesome best one yet Darren thanks so much. I really appreciate it.

Hi - We moved twice in 4 months, consequently I developed a very severe arthritic ankle. I was unable to walk and had allot of pain. My Dr. prescribed medications, which did not help. So, he reluctantly prescribed a strong anti inflammatory drug which finally turned this around. I still have some issues, but can finally do my exercise routines again. Sorry I was missing in action, but so happy to be able to get back to my time with Deron again. I love this program♥️.

I really like the variety of exercises set out for us in the ultimate beginner series, they are not overwhelming & easy to follow. Of course I like all the exercises, they make me feel good & easier to move after doing them. Thanks to the Grow Young Team for putting together such exercises for us seniors, much appreciated.
