I have been through Foundations twice and I love it. I injured my knee and need replacement, but I am doing therapy and your therapy instead. I was off of most exercise for four months and now back for 3 months and started all over again. I am thrilled to have finished the Foundation 1 strong. Today , I, also did a 1.2 mile hike. It was a beautiful day to be outside and I feel so good to be back at it! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Deron.

This is the best workout I have done! I am getting so much stronger. I am in remission from Lymphoma and was getting weaker and weaker from all the chemo and from sitting. Now I can get out of my chair easily and I can see andfeel the difference!
