Grow Young Fitness is the best at-home exercise program I've ever continued for more than a month. It includes a variety of exercises for all parts of the body and assists one's mindfulness enable to achieve continued motivation. The positive support & feedback is a PLUS, throughout the program. The inspirational words are so needed and appreciated. Anyone, regardless of age or physical condition can benefit in some way from this program. It's so much MORE!

From November 2022 to March 15, 2023, I lost five family members and was far from trying to take care of myself. In August I started to work towards a habit of doing workouts even though I had joined months and months before August. The biggest improvement for me has been developing more flexibility. Putting my shoes and socks on is still a struggle, but I can lift my legs better now and for me that is a huge accomplishment. I enjoy the positive outlook Deron projects and look forward to the workouts.

I used to think that walking was all I needed to do, but I wasn't even consistent with that. Now I know it's very important to move all areas of the body and that to build muscle and flexibility helps all areas of the body, knees included. Since I have joined Grow Young Fitness I have learned so much and I feel so much better and I've even lost a few pounds.
