From November 2022 to March 15, 2023, I lost five family members and was far from trying to take care of myself. In August I started to work towards a habit of doing workouts even though I had joined months and months before August. The biggest improvement for me has been developing more flexibility. Putting my shoes and socks on is still a struggle, but I can lift my legs better now and for me that is a huge accomplishment. I enjoy the positive outlook Deron projects and look forward to the workouts.

I used to think that walking was all I needed to do, but I wasn't even consistent with that. Now I know it's very important to move all areas of the body and that to build muscle and flexibility helps all areas of the body, knees included. Since I have joined Grow Young Fitness I have learned so much and I feel so much better and I've even lost a few pounds.

Thank you for the Grow Young Fitness program. I am very happy to have finished the Foundations 72 exercises at the age of 87, almost 88. I am going to continue on doing what I am able to do.

This program has helped me immensely. It starts out nice and slow and fairly easy and then gets more challenging a little at a time. Before you know it, you're enjoying the workouts and feeling better and stronger! And Deron's cheerful personality makes it more fun and interesting ! I strongly recommend trying it. :)
