I am enjoying this program very much. I have never liked to do exercises so have quit gyms the 3 times I have joined. Since can do this at my own pace and at home, gave it a try. So far so good!

I have tried many different programs...working out live with a trainer; working out by doing lessons online; taking emeritus classes in specific workout programs; and crafting my own workout schedule at the gym several times from books purchased. Some plans were better than others, but all had the same result...I ultimately gave up on all of them. GYF was different from the get-go. First the chief trainer was great. It almost seemed as if he was becoming my friend. The workouts were expertly crafted to get to all parts of the body, and they became gradually harder as you went from season to season. Doing a lesson a day became part of my day, and the only days I missed were when I was injured or ill. And on those days, I could not wait to get back to the next lesson. Each lesson became a goal and an accomplishment, as did every season. GYF is so far above anything else, it needs no rating system. It is the Best. Simply the Best.

This is a wonderful program. With no one pushing me I try to do 5 days week. Deren is very motivating and interested in his clients. I have never followed a program this long and I have been through alot of them. Every day the exercise routine changes slightly and I love that. Also the meditation video at the end really calms me-- it's short and sweet but accomplishes what I need. I recommend this program to everyone.
