This is a wonderful program. With no one pushing me I try to do 5 days week. Deren is very motivating and interested in his clients. I have never followed a program this long and I have been through alot of them. Every day the exercise routine changes slightly and I love that. Also the meditation video at the end really calms me-- it's short and sweet but accomplishes what I need. I recommend this program to everyone.

I love the Ultimate Program because it takes me through all the different areas of the body that I need to work on without me having to think about it.

I’m on my 4 th day of workouts. I’m enjoying them. They’re challenging me - especially knees and hips. But I’m determined to stay the course. The workouts work well on my tablet. Thanks, Deron!Elaine
