I’m on my 4 th day of workouts. I’m enjoying them. They’re challenging me - especially knees and hips. But I’m determined to stay the course. The workouts work well on my tablet. Thanks, Deron!Elaine

This has been a challenging and interesting journey through these 72 workouts. From injuring a knee to finding new balance, strength and toning, wow! I am liking what I see. The knee is almost 100%, legs are no longer wobbly. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
