I like the Foundation program. I like how you gradually add new exercises and increase repetitions. Even tho I only do 2 Foundation work outs a week ( I do 3 other work outs each week) I can still feel a difference.

Unbelievable program. Looking forward to season 4 and in the meantime will try other things. This is the very first program I have ever stuck with. Excellent instructor and motivator. I’m 75, almost 76 and feel great. Better balance, better flexibility and lost 17 lbs.. recommend this to everyone I know. Super for us senior folks. Workouts just the right length. KEEP IT MOVING!!!!

I joined Grow YOUNG fitness years ago but never stuck to it for very long. Since I joined the program with Deron's workout plans and having conversations with him, I find myself pushing to get a workout in even after a tiring day.
